We had a furnace issue ...make a long story short we called the wrong company..they mis diagnosed the problem and it cost us in parts we did not need...i called DMP and Dave was very concerned about this and looked at it that same day...he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and even sent me a video of the work he was doing...very professional and efficient.... Friendly and knowledgable. I wanted to renovate my ensuite including a new tiled shower. I got some outrageous quotes from some contractors but then called the Neighbourhood Plumber. He gave me a lot of ideas as far as the planning and gave me a few options and prices. I was sold on having a rain head alongside a hand held wand and normal shower head with a diverter to operate them individually or have the all on at once !!! It turned out awesome !
