They do use an answering service and we waited about a day for a call back (Im guessing they were busy cleaning chimneys lol). They came over within a couple days and were extremely accommodating as both my wife and I were busy with work at the time. They went above and beyond and investigated an issue we were having with some smoke coming back into our house while starting fires and discovered that our air exchanger intake was causing pressure issues in home!
