The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Max is our Dog & of course we believed that no one can take care of our baby like us until we found Coldstream Country Side Kennels. We would never go any where overnight because we didn't want to leave Max somewhere we didn't know how he would be treated. We have taken Max to Coldstream Country Side Kennels 3x this summer & this is the ONLY place we would take him. We drive over 1/2 hr just to take him there. They are a young couple on a farm who are very friendly, the facilities are incredibly clean, he always comes home clean (bathed) and we know that he is taken care of as if he is their own. THAT SAYS IT ALL RIGHT THERE...he gets taken for the odd walk, let out to play with other dogs which is huge for us as Max is an only child (dog). They provide EXCELLENT service and we would suggest Coldstream Country Side Kennels to anyone.

We just got back from vacation and our dog is extremely high energy and we thought that he would still be that way when we came to pick him up but that was not the case he has not moved since we brought him home and yes he is breathing Lol. They treated him fantastically and the groomers did a fantastic job with him and we are excited to go away on our next vacation and know that he is in great hands .

I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.
