At 415 today my alternator was going on me so I called BCAA (ps best purchase anyone could ever make). By 5:15 they had a town truck pick me up to head to get my alternator replaced. I called Ashnat's at 5:10 and asked when he leaves and if I could drop off my car thinking that he would fix it in the morning as everyone else I called we the same price or more, much farther away and also closed at 5:30. Since this was closer to my apartment downtown, I decided to go with them. On the way (at 5:20 ish) I called back to beg them to fix my car tonight and said I would pay extra. He said come by. When I got there they started on my care immediately and even though they quoted 30 mins, I was only there and paid for 20!! AND he refused to charge me extra! I can't think of any better service I could get!! And I recently started a new job in Burnaby so now I can even drive myself there in the morning! It's nice to know that there are still those business owners who go above and beyond. Thanks guys!! I will recommend you to everyone you know!! Lisa Read more
