10/10 would recommend to anyone with VWs. Not only did they identify and fix the problem, they caught a critical issue that I was aware of but had gotten worse. They are thorough, honest, and went the extra mile. I walked away with a repaired car, rotated tires, and unseized caliper, and a complete list of the remaining maintence issues.
