Fraudulent company that takes your money and never delivers the goods. STAY AWAY. Inexistent customer service. I’ve initiated a chargeback claim with my credit card company to obtain a refund after spending countless hours trying unsuccessfully to resolve the issue with the company directly (by phone, email and in person).
I wish I could leave zero stars. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Extremely rude and unhelpful in solving where my package is. Would never recommend this company, no one should have to deal with the attitude of their customer service.
They have the worst customer service. I have sent three emails and ZERO response. Their phone line also will not accept calls. Are they still in business?
