Thx to the boys for a great job done. Can't forget Theresa and her amazing attention to customer service !! From A to Z they did everything and professionally. Propane Direct their other business filled up our tank and quickly too. Over 20 yrs in the West Island and it's easy to see why. I will definitely refer them to my friends.
I visited the show room on a weekend and after talking to the worker left my name and number to receive a follow up call on the Monday to order my parts and schedule a service call.
No call ever came, so after a few days I called them and had to leave a voice mail. So again left my name and number, requesting to order the parts and have a service call to my home. No call back ever came.
So I can only recommend you do your best to find another supplier, I guess they are doing so well they do not need any more customers.

No doubt a return call should have been placed and we apologize for the
