Always friendly there. Dr. Rice is very knowledgeable and keeps up on the newest tech for testing your eyes. They found the pressure up a bit in my eyes so followed with testing, scanning my retina etc. for 18 months for changes and then said I had pre-glaucoma starting. Started on some drops in one eye and eventually in both eyes to prevent any further pressure issues that could be damaging. I like the preventative approach rather than waiting till damage has occurred.
Wife and I've been going to Dr. Rice for many years. You can get an appointment quickly and you can some times get in at last minute if your worried about something. The service is good, the three women working there are efficient but one annoys me because she always calls us dear in a high pitching tone of voice we don't like being called dear and she's younger than us and she talks to much to other patients when they're leaving just chattering away about weather stuff like that.
I've been going to Dr Rice for a few years.I like you can get an appointment quickly and can get in right away if your worried about something. I'm only giving it an average rating because one of the staff always calls me dear and I don't like that and she talks to much. When I've been there she's talking a lot to other patients just chattering stuff. and you sit there waiting and waiting until she's stopped.
Friendly manner and very knowledgeable. Gave me information about an eye injury that happened 40 years ago and I was not aware of. I would recommend him to anyone seeking optometrist services
Dr. Rice has been amazing thus far. I recently moved to the area and needed a new optometrist and I was able to get in to see him within a week! I needed new glasses and contacts and they took less than a week to come in!! Not only was the service quick, but they are competitively priced. A new pair of finished glasses was less than $300. I am extremely happy that I found an amazing doctor to care for my eyes.
