When it comes to Mental illnesses they do not handle them great here at all numerous times my son has seemed help and every time them send him away even when his mother was with him they would tell her to shush up cause it has nothing to do with her but yet she is the one that deals with it all the time and my son has very hard time expressing his feelings or issues cause of anxiety or due to lack of trust with these people. They push people away not help.
We are fighting for my sons life due to mental illness and the staff has treated him so poorly when he went in several times that he refuses to go back. We are watching our son slowly die. I could list every detail of the disgusting treatment but there is not enough space to type.
Had the most exemplary experience at Bluewater Health. Every single point of contact was brilliant. From the people who took my blood, the RPNs, PSWs, and RNs and even the doctors. A special shout out to my two main nurses Elaine and Stacey on Med T who made me feel comfortable and at home. They went above and beyond, I felt like I was staying at a hotel. They were so compassionate, professional, and caring. I cannot thank everyone enough for my experience at Bluewater Health.
Dr. Yoshida and the staff and the cancer treatment centre they were totally awesome very professional and very caring and understanding I highly recommend them
Probably the worst experience of my life, to wait 5 1/2 hours with an open wound only to have the doctor I the ER tell me to continue to wait in the pod because he can't find the nurse to get any lidocaine.
