Woke up early this morning to a frigid house and realized my furnace had stopped working. I tried to do some minor troubleshooting myself but no success.
Core Temp had installed a new a/c unit at my house a few years back, so I decided to give Richard a call to see if there was any way he could come out today to look at it. I called around 6am expecting to get voicemail but to my surprise Richard actually answered the phone.
