I walked in to Sami and Co. Hair and was pleasantly greeted by Rose, Sami and Co.'s new receptionist. I was offered tea or coffee on the house. I saw Shadi the owner of the salon for my colour and cut. The colour came out bold and beautiful. Shadi entertained me with a witty charm, I basically laughed the whole way through. In most salons I always feel like people are trying to sell me things, I didn't feel this way at all. I will be happy to return here for my next appointment.

****WARNING: UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE****
I called yesterday and wanted to book in for a hair straightening. I think the owner answered the phone. Sounded like he'd very spoken on a phone before - grunting, kept saying "um, like, and okay..." Then said hold on a few times it didn't put the phone on hold. Sounded as though he was rubbing the phone on his belly! Then someone else came on the phone and said "I'm hello? You want your hair straightened?" Again unprofessional on the phone and clearly a lack in social skills. The whole time I felt like: "if this is how bad it feels to make an appointment, how much worse would it be to get my hair done there!".... Best part, he told me "okay you're all booked in for a wash and blow dry!" I said "No, I asked for a straighten. I can wash and blow dry my own hair. I just want it straightened" he was completely confused by this! Stuttered and had no clue how to recover. I finally said "just cancel the appointment, I won't be coming in!"
Seriously people - customer service is not difficult so don't make it that way!

Not impressed wit...
Not impressed with this place the all the employees are rude and snooty... with there noses held high they still manage to have time to take many snack breaks. I brought my little sister in and after her appointment age told me how uncomfortable she was with the women cutting her hair. This women was very rude and she seemed to not care about doing her job right. overall o would not recommend this place less than 5 stars in my opinion. would not consider coming back
