Great experience. Never have to wait for more than a couple of minutes for a scheduled appointment unlike other places where I have had to wait more than 30 minutes past appointment time.
Receptionist are very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing half the time. I booked an appointment and spoke to a young lady on the phone and booked me in for a specific date, then I called several days later to confirm my appointment just to be told it was on a different date!!! Set up an appointment once again with her over the phone. I show up for the appointment and once again I was booked for the WRONG date! It was a waste of my time. Unhelpful receptionists. Don't recommend
My son has his eyes and tested here. He was 3 years old. He mentioned my son had a small astigmatism and he should outgrow it and to come back in one year. My son has having issues with Depth presception, coordination, and balance of his body. I later went to old south eye clinic where o was told my son has a sever astigmatism near and far sightes and he is blind without glasses. I do not reccomended this eye doctor for children.
Horrible eye exam. Prescription was off and glasses had to be remade. After lenses were remade, I still couldn't see. He didn't care and blamed it on my eyes. Wasted $200 on lenses. Went to another optometrist and got the exam done properly. Had to spend another $200 on new lenses. Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer. Be warned.
