Do not deal with this company. They're thieves. The appliances are used and break down quickly. If you have to deal with ARC make sure you don't deal with Matt. He's very rude and thinks he's better than his customers.
Great customer service and affordable prices. Not like the large Heating & Air companies. I had my furnace repaired last year and and just had my air conditioner tuned up this year. Very pleased with both my experiences.
