Had my pool closed the other days by the Pool Store. Trevor and his partner did a very good job. They answered all my questions regarding the closing and solved all the problems that came along during the process of closing. I am recommending the team to anyone who is closing/opening the poll. They also installed the liner back in June and had no complains at that time either . Good job!

Zero stars. Save your backyard! Fergus Pools put in my pool total disaster and unprofessional install. Research before you buy but avoid here whatever you do.
Fergus Pools you ask? Don't let the name change to the "Pool Store" fool you - same address, same phone number ... same incompetence? Do you really want to find out?

My Husband and I had a pool put in last year from Fergus Pools. The customer service that we received was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly and fully. The crew they have working for them were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The girls behind the counter are very knowledgable and greet me as soon as I walk into the building. We will continue to use their services in the future!
