They broke a bunch of stuff and put it back as if we would not notice. They did send someone out to fix the things they broke, but only after we complained.
They also took forever to get the job done. You can build a house faster than these guys can replace a floor.
Would not recommend.
They do what they say they will, but I found their service to be extremely expensive for what you get. Be sure to get a detailed quote and ensure they are organizing their service callouts for your benefit, not theirs. In my case, they made separate visits for every minor task and sent multiple technicians, supervisors etc. They bill you for every visit from the time they leave their office. It quickly adds up to minimal service at maximum cost. Shop around.
My unhappy story with Belfor was LONG since the problem last over a year. In conclusion, it is the worst company that I have ever dealt with.
I should have chosen the small company when my insurance company gave me the option at first place. I actually hate myself for the bad choice.
