Rude service, very whiny if you have to return a part even though they keep 10%, I found a better parts store and wont go back here for anything.
Very rude staff , low quality parts , poor selection , higher prices than the competition and no return policy , dont fall for the bogus reviews , after 10 years of shopping there they will never get another penny of my money ever again , once there was three deckers now there is one deckers soon there will be no deckers , buyer beware

I am so appreciative that there’s still a few good folks in this world who won’t trade their morals for an easy buck. These guys knew exactly what I needed for my vehicle, offered the best price out of everyone I called, had exactly what I needed in stock, they were totally upfront with me, and delightful to speak to over the phone. When I went in the next morning, my parts had already been put aside and were waiting for me! Gary even carried them out to my car. Such awesome customer service! TY
i got a carb and intake from Deckers . lower prices then the others and knowledge of the choices i picked. the intake from Eldebrock didn"t fit exactly , and Deckers helped me find the solution . these guys may not be the most polite but they know there engine parts!! go ahead with canadian tire if you want run of the mill, cheap parts. go to Deckers if you want quality

Has been a rock solid part store for me for over 20 years. Knowledgeable staff always get my parts right, the first time, unlike other stores that always get it wrong. Great product lines and pricing, excellent to deal with.
Are you kidding? You would be better off going elsewhere if you need professional service. Even the high school kids at other parts stores are better. You are treated very rudely, and in the end you have to go somewhere else. Even Canadian tire has more knowledgable staff.
Should know their products and tell their customers the risks/warnings of using certain products. Now I need to replace my radiator. Thanks

Customer read the product and bought it [rad flush] some times some people should go to a shop jf they don't know what they are doing.
Gary @ Deckers has always been fair. Excellent service, good prices and fast turnaround.
I think they saw me coming today. I have buyers remorse as they charged me 20. for a regular gascap. Should have gone to canadian tire!

GAS CAPS ARE ALL DIFFERENT PRICES.JUST LIKE CARS ARE NOT THE SAME PRICE . DIFFERENT CARS :DIFFERENT CAPS .DID NOT HERE FROM THIS CUSTOMER AT ALL ABOUT THE PRICE.
