I came to Nancy's Nails for the first time today. This nail salon is the best in my opinion. They are so friendly. I have to say this is my favorite nail salon of all. Amazing service, they are all kind people. Their work is clean and their shop is very nice.
worst possible place ever to get any service, we made an appointment and it took over 4 hours to get acrylic nails, they would just keep taking new people in and laving us not even a quarter way done! I asked for the $30 acrylic set and ended up paying $60 for awful service and lies. I kept asking her to make them shorter but she did nothing. The nails look terrible with gaps and they are already coming off! not to mention they are too long so i keep ripping them and it is painful!
I'm not impressed with the service at all!
The owner did my nails, she was awful! Her hands were so rough, she took so much cuticle out that I BLED in 3 fingers, so it kept burning every time the nail polish touched them. Then, she keeps yelling at her co-workers in Chinese, even when I was on the phone (no respect at all). Not a pleasant 1 hour. The worst part is that she thinks she is the best. She keeps pointing out all your defaults all throughout as well. And the result, my nails look so unprofessional with leftover nail polish on my fingers. I could have done a much better job.
DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
If you want good service, go out the salon in Faireview.
Trust me, I'm really disappointed, I'm asking for my money back!
