Naiad’s technicians, Josaphat and John, did an amazing job replacing the original popup sprinkler system controller and installing a new wireless Wi-Fi sprinkler control panel in a more ideal location in our garage. They also inspected our sprinkler system, made the necessary repairs, and turned it on for the season, so we didn’t have to book another appointment. Josaphat and John were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend Naiad!
NAIAD Irrigation Systems is the best company in Calgary. Our aging underground irrigation system had problems with the lines, valves and sprinkler heads. They were very helpful and got an appointment booked right away. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and fixed everything that morning. The system works great and we can control it over wi-fi using Hydrawise. We’re booked for winterization and will be using them for snow removal. We had the best customer service experience from Naiad.
Brenda O - Found them online, needed someone to do a fall blowout on my sprinkler system. They texted me a photo of my technician and a reminder when he was on the way to my house. The technician was very friendly and completed the job quickly. They were very reasonably priced, I will use them again next year and would recommend them to anyone.
After a number of years as a Naiad customer for irrigation services I found myself with my lawn aeration scheduled after my sprinkler winterization. I asked the week prior to my winterization if Naiad could simply mark my sprinkler heads during the winterization. They refused claiming they did not have the time nor the flags for marking during the winterization. This ended up being very inconvenient for me as I was out of town at the time.
