AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
We bought two tickets as a special gift years ago and were pretty excited about going up in a balloon. Well, at this point we've had more than 15 flights cancelled over the last four years. We book as many flights a season as they will let us, but we've heard from other ticket holders that they have done the same and been waiting for 7,8,9 years before finally giving up. They've never gone up, and lost hundreds of dollars in ticket cost without the service ever being provided. It would be nice to actually go up in a balloon. Not looking likely.
Despite all the negative publicity this company received recently on the news, I had no issues what so ever. We got our tickets last Christmas and got out on our 2nd booking. Beautiful flight. Highly recommend!
I got 2 tickets for a hot air balloon ride in 2008. In the last 2 years our flight was canceled 28 times! I was booking different time of the day and the week, no difference, canceled due to the weather. Sometimes they canceled our flights without even telling us. Once they canceled a flight on a nice summer evening, because it was too hot (it was only 25C). And this summer I tried to book another flight but they told me that my tickets are not valid anymore. They got our money but we never got our flight. So do not waste your money.
