I used Lux Windows for my new home construction and love them. I recommended them to my parents who were redoing their windows as part of a renovation and the experience was excellent from the time they came to measure, to the quoting to the installation. Professional from start to finish. On the service side, also excellent. I had an issue with my front door handle (also by Lux) and they came out quickly and fixed it (and checked all of my other handles while there). Highly recommend!
I ordered windows incl installation. I got laid off work. Willing to proceed with contract but asked for supply only price (self- install) with option of resuming installation. Lux provided supply only price but informed that they would NOT install later should I change my mind. I was anticipating new job, to which I would resume original supply & install purchase.
I don’t want to install my own windows, but will, given job loss.
