I have dealt with several oxygen companies trying to find one that makes managing my moms oxygen needs easy and efficient. This is the first company that has had what I wanted, without a tonne of delay and red tape, delivered efficiently and professionally without extra cost. I find the staff knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this company for your oxygen needs!
The staff are incredibly inefficient. I called several weeks in a row to get a faulty cord dealt with - and made it clear to the staff that I was stuck at home without the portable oxygen tank cord working. I waited over 6 months for them to address these concerns. The electrical components were literally hanging out of the machine. They refused to give me a “mini portable” that others have - that would be more suitable for me. My health & mobility has severely declined as a consequence.
