Well I have been going to this restaurant since they had one on Northumberland (Tong's Wok ll) can't say how many times my family and I have dined there, to many to count. I have tried many Asian places in town over the years and there are many many good ones but I find that I like Tong's Wok in the long run to be the best and most consistent in the quality of their food, it seems that the majority of things on the menu are par for the course and are the same as any asian place but, the specialties are in my opinion the best in town, eg. the sizzeling platters are the finest in town ( shrimp in black bean and garlic, cantonese chow main, szechuan shrimp or any of the specialty dishes) the sweet&sour pineapple lean pork is always a staple and the special won ton is to die for. We will be returning many times in the future I'm sure. Read more

We went with a few family members. We ordered a variety of dishes and shared evereything. The food was wonderful and the drinks were great too. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone looking for somewhere nice to go. We found it to be fairly busy though so make sure to book reservations so you don't have to wait. I have had dinner at this restaurant for 33 years, the previous owners were wonderful as are the owners now. The food is exceptional and the menu continues to be what I have enjoyed over the years. There is no Korean restaurant that I have experienced that compares to Bul Go Gi, and I sincerely hope they stay in business for a long time. We enjoy all dishes but continue over the years to pick our favourites: Deep fried Wontons, Mountain Vegetables, bbque chicken, spicy pork chop and always, Bul Go Gi! Read more
