I have never had Thai food before but our visitors from Toronto loved Thai food. Because of the reviews over a year ago I was worried about visiting this restaurant. We went about 4 p.m. for dinner and our experience was great. I thought that if the food was going to be poorly cooked or appear to be left over as a previous reviewer stated, it would be at this time of day.The waiter was friendly and helpful. Our food arrived steaming hot, fresh and delicious. Every dish was as described and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our friends definitely agreed that we would be visiting here again. Read more

It was so hot that we ordered for pick up on Friday, July 22, 2016; the deal was two large pizzas, three toppings each plus two dips included. Having heard of this restaurant from a friend, and being a big fan of Thai food, I was eager to try something advertised as "authentic" Thai Food, and boy, was I in for a surprise. Firstly, after going to Thai Memory, it's hard for me to enjoy a Pad Thai from any other restaurant. It's THAT good. In fact, all the food that we tried was delicious. The restaurant itself is unique and beautifully done. I love the decor and design. It really added to the experience. My experience with the service has always been top notch. I haven't had the chance to go during a busy day, so perhaps my few might be a bit biased, but the service has always been kind, accommodating and quick. Read more

Very impressed with our dining experience. Two weeks ago my husband and I stopped in for our first visit, for fish & chips. Very impressed with the large portions and flavour, so much so that we were back today with four family members. The atmosphere was nice. The service was great; very attentive. We were eating in the restaurant, and the other table had already been served when we ordered. I was a little disappointed in the food, since most of the food I got was of a worrisome temperature. Things like the chicken breast and pork on skewers were barely warm, and I was having troubles telling if the fresh vegetables were even cooked. Since I don't like to send food back, I didn't. Luckily I did not get sick. I emailed the company and they replied to me. Hopefully they will be more careful about food temperatures. Read more
