We stopped by yesterday & put in our order. Customer service was Great! There were only 2 workers and they practically running to get all the orders out. Our order was accurate, we bought ‘Deal 2’. The food quality very good. The chicken was juicy & cooked perfectly. The pizza was excellent. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Guelph.

Being from the Chicago area, my husband and I are used to good pizza. When we moved here, we were both very disappointed in any pizza we had...until we ate Venezia's! This is authentic, great tasting, made to order pizza which will keep you coming back! Granted, it is mostly for take-out though they do deliver and have a few tables inside to eat on (outdoors, weather depending). It's casual and great for when you don't have time to make dinner or you're simply craving pizza. Their panzarotti's are also wonderful! The lady who owns it must be from Italy and she is quite sweet and lovely. The other people who work there (all related I think) are also very friendly.

I always order from this location they make amazing pizza even with my super picky requests and I have yet to be disappointed, in fact today I accidentally ordered the wrong toppings on my pizza, totally my fault and I called them and they sent over a new correct pizza. Went for a drive this evening to Ayr and decided to stop and try the pizza at San Fran's. Lovely, clean venue - nice view on the water. Server was friendly accommodating and very knowledgeable. Service was prompt but not rushed. Pizza was very good - sauce was amazingly fresh tasting! Caesar salad as app was nicely dressed - not too much dressing. A couple of glasses of house Merlot Chilean wine topped things off. Will definitely go again and try the thin crust pizza. Well worth a drive!
