Coming from experience I have to tip my hat to the chef's at Italian by Night. Might I suggest you agree as a group to make your choices with sharing in mind as there is just to much to choose from. The sauce on the curry shrimp was delicious, not too spicy and very creamy (watch out, not very heart-smart). The caesar salad was homemade, and again, the dressing was just right. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through the area. On a side note, the name Pasta Jax is somewhat deceiving, I was half expecting a pub-type restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Read more
