I bought a new frame from this store of Londonfog, and I am really happy with it. Frame is really of excellent quality and price was also good. The lady named Kaur really helped me a lot in choosing the frame. Services provided by them are of excellent quality. I highly recommend others to visit this store. Wonderful, attentive and helpful staff. You cant beat their prices and selection. Prices are reasonable I found they were atleast 1/4 less than anything I had tried on at their competitors. Great selection of frames. Rather then having to search for a frame to suite my face, I had a hard time finding one that looked bad.

Maria and Dale who operate the store are patient, low key, and are so understanding of how personal selecting glass frames can be whether its for the first time or the 10th time. Eric and his team do an excellent job in selecting glasses from a really good selection of frames. The staff is very professional and helpful not just when we purchase glasses but in encouraging us to come back to have our glasses cleaned and adjusted. Amy Law spotted a problem with my eyes and thanks to her I was scheduled for surgery to have it corrected. A great team and highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied with Theodore & Pringle. I accidentally placed my glasses down next to a lit candle. Not sure how it happened, but they flipped over, right into the flame. Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated! They have done more for me than any other. Many times they have gone above & beyond. I love their 50% off sales!
