I have gone to Grand Chalet/ Tony Spiducci's many times. I have had the pleasure of going with one person and have been there with up to 25 people. The service, food and atmosphere didn't waver a bit... Every time i have gone I have had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I will and have recommended this restaurant to everyone I know. Spent a Tuesday evening on the patio - the food was awesome - I had an Italian meat and cheese platter to start - one word - GREAT - Ravioli was my pick for pasta - the waitress told me it was one of the places highlights - and it was. For my main I had the filet mignon in a wine sauce - and the cut of meat was def one of the best to be had in Guelph!!! Finished dinner with homemade tiramisu and a cappuccino and my night was complete!!! Will definitely be back - ha - forgot to mention - Tuesday just happened to have wine for 1/2 price which was AWESOME!!! Will be back soon!

We have been there many times, and the food is consistently delicious.The service at times can be a bit slow, however the meals well worth the wait. We have also called in orders for pick up, and the food is yummy whether you eat in or take out. I delivered menu's to neighbours and friends when the restaurant first opened up as we feel it is the best Italian restaurant in Streetsville, and if it were located a bit down the street, folks would notice it more and likely drop in, well worth the visit. My boyfriend and I just came back from dinner after finally making a trip into this hidden gem. We live in the area and always walk by and promised ourselves we'd make our way in at one point or another.
We are huge on trying out new restaurants for great food and great service. We often dine out at 5 star restaurants and Grano Ristorante is now in our top 5. It is a cozy, dimly lit restaurant with welcoming and attentive staff. Our servers were well-knowledged in not only their menu, but in Italian cuisine overall. They were a delight!
My boyfriend ordered the gnocchi which could only be described as out of this world! It had this perfect light texture and feel as the ricotta gnocchi just melted in your mouth. The chicken marsala was a light blend of savoury and sweet, perfect to the last bite. The food is served hot and fresh which makes a great deal of a difference when dining out.
I can't wait for my next stop inside, or for an order to go. They will certainly be seeing us again and again.

We usually don't order out on big holidays as we know everywhere is crazy busy but we decided to treat ourselves this year and are glad we did. Portion sizes were spot on, food was hot and delicious and the staff were amazing. Great job!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be back!

I had a wonderful server, she was polite, and knew how to add that little something to make my day. The best server is Hailey. She was prompt with bring out the food and drinks. With out being to prying she discovered that I was down about spending my birthday alone. She gathered her team mates and sang me happy birthday. My husband and I dined at La Casa on Saturday night. We started with Mussels for appetizer - delicious...I wanted to drink the sauce it was so good. We also shared a Ceasar Salad. The dressing was very nice, perhaps a bit too much garlic (a little too overwhelming). Still tasty though.
I ordered lobster pasta, all I can say is DELICIOUS! So tasty. I brought some home and was looking forward to eating it again the next day for lunch. My husband ordered beef tenderloin. Again, delicious! Tender, perfectly cooked and tasty. The waiter was very professional and friendly. We had a great time and a fantastic meal. No wonder La Casa is still one of the best restaurant's in London. It's so nice to go out for dinner and receive a great meal. The meals are not pretentious or overpriced (unlike other London restaurants in the downtown area). The food is simply delicious. Thank you for a great night out!

REALLY EXCELLENT PASTAS! GREAT PIZZA!! REALLY GOOD CALZONE! Waitresses are really attentive and good as well. We Were So Happy to Find a Good Italian Restaurant. Not Fancy, but Good Food. We don't live in Hamilton, but drove there as heard it was a "good restaurant'. Well it was sooo good we went back the Next Friday Nite as Well! Pasta's were very fresh, cooked Al dente, and the Salmon (cream sauce with Salmon) Was EXCELLENT. Salmon super tasty and fresh!! and alot of it in the Pasta!! Ordered 4 cheese Pizza - shared it - it was really good! Ceasar Salads were ok, no compaints. Waitress gave us really good suggestions.. knew the menu well and suggested some popular (and her favourite items). We were impressed. She even was ontop with her wine selections... lol. Young girl, but ontop of her game!
Only down side, is it can be a bit noisey. There was a large party at the end of the restaurant - and the kids were loud, as were the adults. No separation from the others... so made dinner conversation a bit challenging. However the second time we went there - no large party - and the sound was fine.
My husband ordered a dessert - red velvet cake he said it was excellent..! Enjoyed every bite. DEFINATELY WILL RETURN! GOOD FOOD , GOOD VALUE, GOOD PRICE!!!

I've been to a lot of Italian Fine dining restaurants and this one in particular stood out to me. The food was very well cooked to my liking. The pasta itself was perfectly made and the sauces always compliment the dish! I had the Fusilli Rustica with Rose sauce. The service is phenomenal. Always friendly and they really know their dishes. The price is also VERY affordable compared to other restaurants. The ambiance suits the restaurant and it really is a beautiful place. It makes me feel like I'm in Italy !
I highly recommend this fine-dining restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

This is one of my favourite restaurants. I first was taken here by my father after he had been so impressed eating here at a business lunch. We haven't had a bad meal here ever. My favourite meal is always the eggplant parmesan. It has to be prepared ahead of time, so make to to mention when you make your reservation, if you want it.
Food quality is always amazing. The owner is attentive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the food and service. The owner may be Greek, but coming from an Italian girl who grow up on my Italian Nana's fresh made food, he knows his Italian food.
