I love Little Saigon because the food is great, but the prices are very great too! I often eat at Royal Pho in Ancaster because it is closer, but I end up getting food that doesn't taste quite as good, and costs more. Another good thing about Little Saigon is it is close to the mall, so I can escape food court prices and have a tasty sit down meal. This restaurant created a very pleasant and appealing atmosphere. I was pleased with the warm welcoming received upon arrival. The place has been on Locke for years and every visit I have had only the best service. The staff are very accommodating and deal well with any request you may have. The Beasley House has a very warm and comfortable feeling as the dinning area only seats around 30 people. The menu offers a vast array of options and will suit the need of any type of customer. Anywhere from seafood and steak to hamburgers and fries, which is really helpful when dining with a larger, different group of people. The restaurant is especially appealing to me in the summer time as I spend a lot of time on Hamilton's trendy Locke street and the Beasley House is the only one with a patio??!!! Great place for lunch, as the owner always provides exceptional service, and never rushes you ! Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend and return!! Read more

I go to Joya all the time and it is by far my favourite sushi restaurant. I have been to many sushi places in the Niagara region and some in Toronto as well, but Joya blows them out of the water. Try the Spicy Tuna Roll, it is delicious. Read more

A friend gave us a couple of gift certificates for Dino's so we decided to go there for dinner. We got there around 5:30pm and were promptly seated. It was not that busy for a Monday evening. We ordered our drinks and the rib & wing combos. The combos included a choice of side ceasar or house salad or house soup. We got one of each of the salads and they were very good. The ceasar salad had real bacon bits and shredded parmasaen cheese on top. We got the house Jack Daniels BBQ sauce on the ribs & wings and it was AWESOME!!! The wings were decent sized and there was lots of meat on the ribs.... which fell right off the bone! The combo also included a small portion of veggies and choice of potato..(we got fries and sweet-potato fries). The desserts were ok.... the turtle cheese cake was a bit small but tasted good. The chocolate avalanche would have been better with brownie instead of chocolate cake. The waitress was very nice and checked on us a few times and refilled our drinks. After reading mixed reveiws for Big Bens, hearing fantastic word around town and finding unbelievable deals in the local news papers. It was time to check it out for myself. Over all I had a great experience. I had a Cesar salad as an app and a beef soup for my boyfriend. The salad was a classic nothing unusual and the soup was perfect, it was thick and hardy. It tasted like my grandmother made it straight out of the garden. I had the one pc basa and chips, it was cooked to perfection! My boyfriend ordered a rare steak and got just that. The whole presentation of his meal came as a surprise. It was beautiful. A good portion of meat, veg and lovely mashed potatoes. The service was great, our server was friendly, she made our visit welcoming but not over baring. We will coming back to try breakfast, heard that weekend mornings are a hit. Read more

The food is always excellent at this restaurant, and they were quite gracious in accommodating our very last minute reservation. The service was disorganized at first, but it got better as the meal proceeded. My only complaint would be on the drink side. Prices on the cocktail menu would be helpful, since there can be huge price swings for the same drink at different restaurants. Also, $55 for a $15 Niagara wine seems like an excessive mark up. We had the same bottle at a fine restaurant in Mississauga for $42. Read more

My sister always raves about this place. So, I asked to bring something the next time she goes. She ordered "Rice & Chicken". It comes with 2 small pita's as well. As soon as I tasted it, I fell in love. I'm not sure if it's healthy for you, but the taste was amazing. The rice was pretty creamy with their special sauce and chicken was cooked very well. We just visited Acclamation and I'm inclined to write a review to tell you a honest review. We had such great service and such delicious food! I ordered the risotto and my husband ordered the seafood pasta. I eat risotto where ever I go and I fell in love with this one. (I'm already craving it if you want to know the truth!) The seafood pasta was perfect (yes, my husband shared). You get a large portion of seafood, including lobster! The service was absolutely great. Unfortunately, some people say otherwise (which is disappointing) but the service we received was fantastic. They were quick, efficient and had plenty of smiles. I used to live in the neighborhood of this restaurant and would frequent it often. It is certainly not the least expensive Japanese restaurant in the city but I'd be hard pressed to find a better one. The sushi is always fresh and well made, Maki rolls are seasoned with chives and wasabi. Gyoza and Miso Soup are good, as expected, two things that can't really be done wrong. In the past I've had their lunch bento boxes which are a good value and are of the same quality as their dinner menu. Only complaints I'd have about this restaurant: Parking is not provided so you're at the mercy of the local pay lots. Also, when the restaurant gets really busy it gets very tight as it is a small place, and service gets really slow, But with that being said the owners are very kind and friendly. Overall, a very good restaurant with excellent food. Read more
