Excellent store. Staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Usually always a lineup but they know how to move people through. Staff in returns is also very good. Some people see experiences differently but all of mine have been very positive!

There is only one thing I dislike about this Costco. Man who manages/runs the pharmacy is rude to the front desk employees(maybe others also as I can't see their treatment). They can be run off their feet at times and it was one of those times he berated them in fromt of me being the customer. I found this to be embarassing for us both. Today was not the first time I have seen him do this. He should be talked to and if warranted employees shoold be spoken to privately.

Conveniently located north of steeles, lots of surrounding stores and plazas. This location should start selling gas like the one on Warden!

I love this location best, it always has good cashiers and stock. The telephone centre is first rate, always the best deals. Go Tues, Wed or Thurs for short lines. I love their steaks and lamb chops.

I had a problem with the fast food place. Ordered poutine and it was ice cold. Took it back and someone told me I had to wait 15 mins because someone had accidentally turned off the gravy. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager refunded my poutines and gave me two free orders of chicken and fries. As I had a 15 month old baby waiting for lunch. She then told me to sit down and she would bring it. She brought them fresh and put a free small vanilla ice cream on my tray as well. Thank you shirley for making this right. You made my day!
