I have eaten in most restaurants downtown, and one day decided to try Abruzzo. First impression was that is it a little too old style - decor was quite old fashioned. But over all nice and quiet. The food though makes up for short coming in the decor department. I can't say that they were as good as home made italian food, but came pretty darn close. Great experience; A+. The atmosphere was a bit cozy for me, and not too private, but that's my personal opinion. Our server was fantastic; he was polite, friendly, made GREAT food/drink suggestions, and our glasses were never empty. The food was incredible. We really enjoyed the variety of options and quality of the ingredients! - I think our favourite was the octopus. Hats off to the management, front of house staff, and kitchen!
