It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. At each periodic assessment I showed moderate improvements and at the one year mark I’m now showing a reversal in some of the degeneration that I came in with. I love to play tennis but over the years I had developed back problems and needed to stop. My sister recommended Dr. Elsie Frickey - a chiropractor who my sister went to see when she had neck problems. I contacted her office and went in to see her. Very kind, and easy to talk to. I explained the type of pains I was getting when trying to play tennis, run and even standing for long periods of time. We went over some options and she had me get some xrays and luckily nothing was showing up as a serious condition, so we moved ahead with some treatments. After a couple of months I'm back playing tennis!
