We had the best experience, we were a group of 9 in total the Bride, 5 Bridesmaids, mom and grandma of the Bride and future mom in law. Christina was the staff that looked after our appointment she was very friendly and helpful with helping my daughter find the right Wedding Dress. Even though I didn't find the dress I chose at Paula's Elegant Bride, what stood out to me was the wonderful customer service. Kate was a pro. She was fun, helpful and the kind of person that makes you feel like she has the time to help you, without being at all pushy. I really loved the dresses she helped me find and although I ended up buying the 'one' elsewhere, her service deserves a big shout out. Thank you, Kate!

My daughter recently had problems with her wedding dress bought at another salon with not so good service. After taking the dress from the other salon, as we felt we could not trust them to alter it correctly, we contacted Sally at Bliss who directed us to Cindy's Alterations but after meeting with Cindy it seemed that the dress could not be altered so we ended back with Sally to buy a second dress. Sally was so caring she realized how difficult this situation was for us. She spent lots of time with my daughter even though it was past closing time. We ended up with a second dress. The next day my daughter decided to go back to Cindy's to see if we could look at the first dress again and Cindy was able to come up with a solution. I called Sally to see if I could return the second dress and she was amazing, it was absolutey no problem. If only we'd gone to Bliss in the first place our experience would have been so much better - Thank you Sally you salvaged what seemed to be a hopeless situation. Joan Bell
