Suddenly, my Samsung A71 wouldn't charge - the type C UFC plug on the Samsung charger wouldn't properly insert all he way or stay inserted. I tried everything. Then I took it to Fix4Less. HONEST! - dealt with Manev, they were professional in that there was a clear process for how they handled a job - inspecting item, suggestion of the way forward, communicating cost, if agreed proceed, including giving me a time expectation that they will communicate with me. What showed true integrity was in the end, turns out my phone had died - they did not falsely charge me or pressure me for opting out of repair. Respectful and professional! Glad they live near me!
