Shaun Chartrand is a hands on owner who trains his staff well, both in product knowledgeand customer service. From the moment I entered the store for the first time, we received excellent service start to finish. We ordered bedroom carpet and bathroom flooring and although I kept changing the order, it never seemed an effort to accommodate my various requests and questions. From the first young lady I spoke with to Alfie everyone was so pleasant. The job was completed by Mick and again perfect. From start to finish everything was perfect and in a very timely manner.
