I've had a family heirloom watchband repaired a few times, batteries changed in other watches, new watchbands installed, all in a timely manner. Carl just finished turning my basement into an Accessory Dwelling Unit, upgrading it into a legal rental basement apartment. He went to City Hall multiple times to ensure all work was done to the standard of the municipality and completed the job on time, very close to the budget he quoted me (it is an 1960s home so of course there were more issues when we tore down the drywall).
