My wife and I went for lunch on Oct.19/11.
This restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside but on the inside it is roomy and clean.
The service is quick and efficient.
My Rueben was an open sandwich with melted cheese on top with french fries. My wife had a lunch special. Both were very tasty (I would order the Rueben again... yum) The restaurant could stand an upgrade to the decor, but it's the quality of the food that counts... and it's good!

We came here for my sister's birthday and we all had a great time! The food, wow, was so good! The dessert crepes just made our night even better than it already was. We had a bit of wine, some people had beer (my boyfriend said their beer list was actually really good) and coffees. Everything was really good. Our server was lovely. The prices were fair, the decor is so neat (even their bathrooms are nice). I cannot wait to go back here...highly recommended.

Theyre the most polite people and man do they make fantastic pizza, poutine and garlic bread. Id really love to give them a 5 star but my only complaint is the price and even though it might be steep you really do get what you pay for.Also recommend they go with loaf bread for the garlic bread the slices are great but I feel that the given 8 might be a tad slim and even if they have to up the price a tad for a loaf I guess thats fine as well. Love the place recommend it over Bills Pizza House.

The restaurant itself is pretty nice...good decor, good size, was accomodating to a large group, and had fairly good service. The food, however, wasn't so good. The menu said the spaghetti sauce was homemade and one of their 'claims to fame', but it tasted like canned sauce with some mushrooms thrown in. The meatballs were definately frozen before being thrown into the sauce. They didn't have that cooked in sauce taste that good meatballs have. Many of the people I was with had the schnitzel and they all thought it was good though, so if you're going, order that and don't bother with the pasta!

Deals that cannot be beat ! Every Tuesday at 7pm they have hosted Trivia ! Great turnouts and worth the visit ! Saturday Matinees with both single and duo blues and/or jazz band from 1 to 4pm create a great afternoon event to get out of the house and beat the winter blues!!! They have added so many different dinning room features and added many different food menu item specials that are worth checking out ! They have great friendly staff and food is very good ! The old Winchester was run down,,it is great to see that the ownership made all of these great changes ! It's a busy pub with lots of atmosphere ! REALLY WORTH CHECKING IT OUT ! They now have a great website and are linked to facebook so now we are constantly able to be updated on current upcoming events ! Great job !! It was time for a change !!!! It has happened and I am sure you will be as pleased as I was to see all of the great changes !! They have brought back all of the British beers... Guinness Smithwicks Harp etc !! As well as many new of the Molson Domestic beers to choose from too !
