We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.

I will only ever rent event/party supplies from Gervais. I rented some supplies for a photo shoot I was doing. They were very professional and very affordable. The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal emergency in their parking lot. A crew of men ran out with tools and gadgets and with calm reassuring demeanor they resolved what could have potentially been a very expensive and dangerous situation. Over all I have nothing but great things to say about Gervais.
