I ordered some beer from here a few weeks ago. I asked for bottles but the store only had cans. The delivery person actually called me to make sure I was OK with that before purchasing them and showing up with something that wasn't asked for. Very much appreciated. Delivered in good time. Only minor issue was the person I placed my order with didn't advise me of a premium for delivering out into the boonies where I live. It would have seemed more legit if I was advised ahead of time.

I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point. He gave me a quote for 50 copies and stuck to it. Steve and Fatima were very helpful in choosing the right cover and binding.
