We visited on Sunday for brunch and to celebrate a birthday. We have been here before and loved it so decided to take our out of town guests here to celebrate. They were so impressed with the Blackshop. We had intimate seating for the 6 of us. Several in our group ordered the eggs benedict and they were delicious! Eggs were perfectly poached. There was live music which we really enjoyed. The volume was just right. We will be back again soon!

I am a semi-regular at this location, and also go to the other locations in Waterloo and Cambridge now and then. The service is pretty snarly, but a bit more attentive than at the other locations. The food is always good. I love their Malaysian Seafood Laksa Noodle Soup, and their pho, as well as their pork balls. Just don't go during the busy dinner hours.

We usually don't order out on big holidays as we know everywhere is crazy busy but we decided to treat ourselves this year and are glad we did. I have been using their take out/delivery service for over 10 years and I have never once had a complaint. I called once not realizing they weren't open yet and when they got in they saw my phone number on their call display and called me back to ask if I'd like to place an order - who else would take that time??!! I love the food - always fresh and steaming hot when it arrives. Always delivered under the time specified and all of the staff are extremely pleasant and friendly and very accomadating.
