Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes! Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well.
