We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Simcoe last night and this was recommended as the best breakfast in town. It was a good breakfast but didn't live up to that recommendation. Coffee was very good; service was very quick. Very quick but our order was still served good. The waitress was very good about getting it heated up when we explained it was cold. Also delivered extra toast. Toast was very good...made from homemade bread. Peameal was very tasty but cut way too thin. Read more

excellent value and good home-style food. Don't come here looking for fine-dining ambience, it's excellent though for family-style meals. Portions quite generous. We had a table of 6 and were seated in the back near two large groups so it was a bit noisy but that's what our family's style often is anyway! Lots of parking, easy to find. A good choice for us before heading into town to walk along the river viewing the christmas displays and lights. Read more
