This afternoon my fiance and I went out for lunch at the new Ubriaco's and I have not a single bad thing to say about the place the food was Amazing the service was awesome and so were the people the seting of the restraunt is very comfortable and the prices are also very good! Wow! What a treat. We had driven by the place over and over again and there was always cars parked there no matter the time of the day and now I know why! The menu, which consists mostly of the good old hardy foods - meat and potatoes stuff - is absolutely fantastic. We were always searching for a great place to eat in Peterborough that we both could love and coming up short. We have found a great love in Uncle Georges. Sometimes the wait staff is not as good as other times, but the meal is always outstanding. We have been there 4 times in the past 4 months and love it. We will be back. Whether or not the menu changes in the summer I don't know but the prime rib is absolutely to die for.
