My sister and I wanted to take my parents somewhere nice for breakfast and decided on Casey''s. Our server was *****. I have had her before and she is great alway friendly and accomadating. My parents loved her. We informed ****** it was my parent''s anniversary and she came out with a piece of cake and a nice song. We told her some of the brunch items were cold and she immediately replaced them for us. She went the extra mile and made my parents anniversary special. We go from Ottawa to Sault Ste Marie at least twice a year. We actually time our exit from the city to make sure we arrive in Sturgeon before RIV closes. Since poutine is not on my 'heart friendly' food list, I try to limit my consumption. So when we go through Strugeon - we go to RIV. (Even my Dr concedes that poutine twice a year is an acceptable frequency) I love the mustard 'painted' pogo and the layered cheese curd poutine. 100% BEST. POUTINE. EVER. Read more

Love this place! My all-you-can-eat strategy: eat as much as I can before I realize I'm full. Most places make this difficult because you have to wait for someone to come take your order and you can never find them when you need them. Here, you order as often as you want on the iPads and the food comes FAST. Great variety: I get full before I run out of things I'd like to try. Definitely recommend! This is one of my favourite local restaurants. It is well managed, great staff, delicious food. A recent visit reminded me how good this place really is. I was looking for a healthier option and found an amazing dish. Black bean lettuce wrap. Absolutely delicious. I have never had a perfect slice of avocado until now.
