Most of the people who write reviews are dissatisfied. However, recently, I had excellent service at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkgate in North Vancouver. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service. Read more
