Very down to earth. She gracefully took my Maltese, gave him the cleanest cut I've ever seen and topped it off with a soothing Eucalyptus bath. My Aries was mellow when I came to get him. She CLEARLY has a tender love for what she does and a lot of experience. I've been there twice and highly recommend the place. A bit of hair in the workshop yes, which I prefer over the acidic and incendiary nonsense I've heard/read people say about the joint. Angie is sweet, direct and reliable.

Excellent job on my Bishon Shih-tzu. My dog was in and out in a little over an hour. She was was calm and relaxed when I picked her up. Very professional grooming shop. We, my little, old (14 yrs) Jenni and I found Pauline when she opened her retail location near our home in the Cedarbrae area over two years ago. Jenni used to be completely stressed and upset after her grooming's and now she comes home a happy pup. Pauline & her staff are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and the quality of grooming provided is excellent. I am now taking advantage of the dental care and brushings that she offers. Appointments are easy to make and they are always so accommodating
What more could a small dog owner want. She offers it all in a friendly, comfortable setting for both owner and pet.

Cat and the other girls are FANTASTIC!!! Nitro can't wait to get out of the car to go and see them. I find the staff and owner so personable and friendly. I know when I drop Nitro off he will be well taken care of. He also gets grooming from here and Cat is patient and always makes my fur baby look so handsome. Can't say enough great things about this team and the location is perfect for me.
