We had excellent care for a major surgery. The doctor was very thorough and explained the details. As others noted, it can be expensive. However, this is an emergency facility, and does not have the subsidies that human health care does. If you need regular pet care, go to a standard vet, but anything beyond that costs money. Thats the reality of pet health care, and ownership. And why it is generally recommended to purchase pet insurance or save for these emergency situations. Read more

Rascals is such a treasure! From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel you and your business are very appreciated. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their products and happy to answer all questions. The store is very well laid out and well stocked and very easy to navigate. I think I had the owner Rachel walk my dog, and I gotta say, I really like her! You can tell she’s in this business for the right reasons: the dogs. I’m actually going to purchase one of the bundle packages because I noticed that not only is my dog getting good exercise, but also her behavior is improving dramatically!
