Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.

The work was done with professionalism and care. Our interactions with the staff were positive; they are friendly and easy to get a hold of. The workers completely cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. We have had to have many repairs done with DryBasement and have been pleased with their work each time. Excellent service!
