This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

I stumbled upon Evok as I was walking down King St. and so happy that I did! It's always been difficult for me to find glasses that properly fit my face but I finally found them at Evok!
From the second I walked into the store, the team was absolutely wonderful, even offered me a tea! They have the option to put through your benefits in their system as opposed to me having to do the work at my office AND they shipped me my glasses (I don't live in Toronto).

I found some D &G frames in unionville. He provided me with not just the frames, but the prescription as well, all for less than the price of just the frames in the boutique in Unionville. I get new glasses every 1-2 years and keep coming back to them almost every time! Every time I use some one else I regret it a few months later. Elizabeth and Ali know what they are doing. Very helpful, funny and gave me the best frames + lenses. I paid more the last time I used Bay Optical with a sale and for lessor quality lenses. Thank you for all your help! They billed the insurance company directly to help save me the paperwork. WOW! You will not regret it.
