Bob does amazing carpet cleaning work that's above and beyond the rest, he's very thorough, and explains in great detail his process for cleaning carpets. I'm very impressed with the work he has done in our Condo Building common areas. Another note, I had two areas in my condo carpet where one of my two cats urinated and he has a special way of cleaning and deodorizing pet pee/poop, so if you have a pet that's done the same as mine Foster's "Expert" Carpet Care is the place to CALL!!
