Just moved to St Thomas and needed a place to bring my family to the dentist. Great first experience. They made the switch from our old dental office really easy. The office seems very nice and modern. What I like is that they billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. I wish to say thank you to my new dental surgeon Dr. Viana. He performed an outstanding job explaining to me what type of dental work I require. He patiently allowed me to see my X-ray and will stop throughout the teeth cleaning to show me what my much deeper teeth appeared like with the assistance of a mirror. His bedside behavior was good. Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted. everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr. I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right.
